May 17th, 2023  | 11 ET
Do you have a lot on your plate? Would increased productivity be helpful?

You're not alone. Associations tend to run lean, which means we're doing more with less, all while striving to meet the high standards of our members. And at the end of the day, we often fall short of our own expectations.

Why? It's not due to a lack of effort or expertise - it's because we're avoiding our conflicts.

Join Sidecar and culture expert Jamie Notter to explore the most common ways conflict avoidance gets in the way of performance. You'll learn concrete tips and approaches for dealing with conflict directly and without all the drama, including some ideas on how to build conflict resolution capacity inside your culture so productivity gains stick around.
