What is DiSC?

DiSC is an acronym that stands for the four main personality profiles described in the DiSC model: (D)ominance, (i)nfluence, (S)teadiness and (C)onscientiousness. Understanding this personal assessment tool will help you improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in your workplace.

Before the bootcamp begins, you will take a DiSC assessment to identify your personality type.

Why is DiSC Important?

When you know your own personality, you not only begin to understand your own strengths and weaknesses but you will also learn how to improve your interactions with your team. Knowing this will lead to higher workplace productivity, satisfaction and results. Understanding your personality will give you insight into your own interpersonal communication abilities, understanding and effective strategies to use when interacting with your team members and leaders.
