There's still time to create an intentional plan to have a great year. It’s not about arbitrarily throwing anything against the wall to see what sticks, hoping things will magically work out. It’s about creating an intentional plan with clear action steps and putting in place the right accountability and support to execute. In this session, you work on identifying and following through on your highest personal and professional vision and goals for the year.
Feb 8 | Setting the Right Type of Goal

SMART goals, OKR and more. What type of goal and methodology is the right one for what you want to achieve? In this session we will look at different types of goal frameworks you can use and how each type of goal will help map out your project to hit your target.
Feb 13 | You've Set Your Goal, Now What?

You’ve set a goal, so now what do you do? In this session, we will focus on setting up measurable actions for your goals, which can be daily, weekly or monthly. We’ll also work to break down goals into smaller pieces to maximize success. We will discuss different goal-planning strategies that will not only help plan out your goal but track your progress.
Feb 15 | Holding Yourself Accountable

Setting the goal is the easy part, but staying accountable can be tricky. In this session, we will discuss different strategies for holding yourself and others accountable. Also, we will discuss at what point a goal should be reevaluated and how to change your mindset to focus on your actions and not the outcome.
