How workplace mindfulness increases productivity

With technology a seemingly unavoidable part of life, it's easy to get overwhelmed. As our reliance on technology increases, so do our levels of stress and burnout. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

While technology can disrupt our work and life, when used intentionally it can help us be healthier, more mindful and more productive. With thousands of apps and services at our fingertips, it's easier than ever to combat your negative feelings.

Join us on March 4, 2021 for “Workplace mindfulness, wellness, and productivity: Yes, there’s an app for that!” an upcoming workshop presented by Meico Marquette Whitlock. He is the founder and CEO of Mindful Techie, author of the Intention Planner and a trained mindfulness facilitator.

Meico has worked with organizations including  the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Cigna and Greenpeace, and he's been a featured speaker on ABC News, Fox 5 and Radio One.

No matter your position at your organization, whether you work remotely or in an office, this fun session will highlight apps that will help you be more mindful and create and sustain greater well-being in your life and work.

During this session, you’ll get an overview of the latest apps for workplace mindfulness, wellness and productivity, learn strategies for using those apps and tips for practicing mindfulness-based strategies for stress reduction.

Your work life and personal life doesn’t always have to be a struggle, RSVP now to learn how you can take your mindfulness to the next level with everyday technology.
